Custom Use-Case Discovery
Where AI, agentic AI, and analytics create value.
We map your processes and identify opportunities across three tracks, agentic AI, classical AI, and analytics, and pressure-test them against feasibility, risk, and expected impact. You leave with a prioritised backlog of concrete use cases and a clear picture of where to start.
The situation
Every organisation has a list of ideas. What is missing is the line between what sounds good and what pays back and can actually be built today. Without that line, the most visible proposals get funded rather than the most effective ones.
How we work
Process and opportunity mapping
We walk the processes where time, quality, or cycle time is lost together with the business units, and capture candidates where the work actually happens.
Deliverable
Candidate list anchored to real process steps
Feasibility assessment
Every candidate is tested against data availability, system access, and technical maturity. What cannot be built today is marked as such rather than quietly carried forward.
Deliverable
Feasibility verdict per candidate with stated prerequisites
Risk and guardrails
Where personal data, customer contact, or regulated processes are involved, we establish early which controls a case needs to be approvable at all.
Deliverable
Risk classification and required guardrails per case
Impact and prioritisation
We size impact and effort in the same unit, so the ordering becomes something you can argue about on evidence rather than taste.
Deliverable
Prioritised backlog with a stated reason for each rank
What you get
- Prioritised use-case backlog with impact and effort estimates
- Feasibility verdict per candidate, including the cases we advise against
- Risk classification and the guardrails a case needs to get approved
- A clear recommendation on where to start and why
Engagement
- Duration
- Scoped to fit, from a single process to several business units.
- Getting started
- A first conversation to establish scope and the units involved.
- Who is involved
-
Business units that own the process day to day
IT and data owners for feasibility and system access
Data protection or compliance as soon as regulated processes are in scope
- Format
-
Workshops per business unit rather than one large round

Frequently asked
What if no viable use case is left at the end?
Then that is the result, and it is a useful one. A reasoned no saves you a project that would have surfaced two quarters later. We say so early, and we say why.
Do we need a data strategy or clean data first?
No. The state of your data is part of the assessment, not a precondition for it. A use case that founders on the data is exactly what this surfaces.
Who owns the code, models, and results in the end?
You do. Code, configuration, and documentation transfer to you in full, in your repositories and your environment. We build so your team can carry on without us.
Where do our data and models run?
In your environment. Your own cloud, your own data centre, or on-premises, in a Swiss or European region on request. Data leaves your environment only for the providers you explicitly approve.
Do you work remotely or on-site?
Both. We are based in Zürich and work on-site across Switzerland; the day-to-day of the engagement works remotely.
Can we start with a small, bounded step?
Yes, and that is the norm. The first slice is deliberately small so something usable exists early and the decision about the next step rests on experience rather than on a plan.
